Event Muse Studio is for clients who value exceptional design, personal service and the freedom to create without being confined by standard packages or traditional formats - they want something singular and unique.
Our role is to take an ambitious idea and make it possible - sourcing the right place, assembling the right creative team and managing the detail, production and logistics to deliver it beautifully.

Behind Event Muse Studio
Two worlds. One approach.
Event Muse Studio was born from two very different influences: a life shaped by travel, and a career shaped by high expectations.
Travel has shaped much of my creative perspective. Experiencing celebrations in completely different corners of the world - from participating in the deeply sacred Ganga Aarti in Varanasi, to welcoming New Year beneath Icelandic skies and glaciers, dancing through the spectacle of Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, birthdays on remote French mountaintops and experiencing the symbolism of Chinese New Year in the Philippines - has shown me just how differently people can mark life's most important moments.
The colours, cultures, flavours, music, rituals and landscapes I've encountered have taught me to look beyond what's familiar; to be curious, bold and unafraid of doing things differently.
That's where the creativity comes from.
The other half comes from more than a decade spent in senior leadership within an international corporate environment, working closely with C-suite executives, founders and senior decision-makers.
That world taught me how to listen carefully, understand an exacting brief, search beyond the obvious, manage multiple moving parts, navigate complex relationships, anticipate problems and deliver when expectations are high.
That's where the execution comes from.
Event Muse Studio is where those two worlds meet: the imagination to see what could be possible, with the experience and discipline to make it happen.

Event Muse Studio takes on a considered number of celebrations so every client receives genuine time, thought and attention.
You won't be passed through layers of account management. The person who understands your vision from the beginning remains your only point of contact throughout.
